The purpose of Radiantly Mindful Counseling Services is to help clients become more present in their daily lives, appreciate each moment and achieve their life worth living goals in hopes for clients to have glowing expressions of love, confidence and happiness.

Radiantly Mindful Counseling Services is a Mental Health Group Private Practice that provides individual sessions, family sessions, groups and clinical consulations.

 

We enjoy helping diverse individuals, families, couples, teens and young adults with their Mental Health needs. We accept Private Insurances, Cash Pay and/ or Medi-Cal benefits.

Groups & other innovative services we offer

Radiantly Mindful Counseling Services offers innovative, client-centered and interventions derived from various evidenced based treatments.

Learn to Tolerate Emotions

Start Date TBD

This group is a non-standard Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group where clients can learn skills that can help them regulate their emotions, assist with distress tolerance, gain mindfulness skills and engage in development of interpersonal skills. This group will utilize DBT- an evidenced based treatment.

Cash Pay Only $100-$150. 

This group will utilize an Evidenced Based Treatment Plan utilizing Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens. This group will engage in Worksheets, Strength-Based peer connections and engagement in development of skills to help individuals navigate through their ADHD symptoms with high hopes to have successful outcomes.

Cash Pay Only $100-$150. 

One with Nature

Start Date TBD

During the session, the clinician encourages participant in doing some mindfulness exercises and engaging the participant to utilize creativity such as crafts, arts and other interests. Please ask clinician about this interactive session opportunity.

EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing)

EMDR is an evidenced based treatment that have been found effective in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD). Please e-mail, contact@radiantlymindful.com for more information.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Good Faith Estimate Notice is to comply with the No Surprises Act for uninsured and private pay patients.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. 

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. 

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. 

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. 

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
