Learn to Tolerate Emotions
Start Date TBD
This group is a non-standard Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group where clients can learn skills that can help them regulate their emotions, assist with distress tolerance, gain mindfulness skills and engage in development of interpersonal skills. This group will utilize DBT- an evidenced based treatment.
For individual or couples ($150 to $200), three or more participants ($30 to $50).
Navigating ADHD Symptoms
Accepting Participants Now
This group will utilize an Evidence-Based Treatment Plan utilizing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens or Adults, depending on enrollment. This group will engage in ADHD self-assessment, Worksheets, Strength-Based peer connections, and engagement in the development of skills to help individuals navigate through their ADHD symptoms with high hopes to have successful outcomes.
For individual or couples ($150 to $200), three or more participants ($30 to $50).
One with Nature
Start Date TBD
During the session, the clinician encourages participant in doing some mindfulness exercises and engaging the participant to utilize creativity such as crafts, arts and other interests. Please ask clinician about this interactive session opportunity.

Cash-Only Virtual EMDR Program
Accepting Participants Now
The Cash-Only Virtual EMDR Program will utilize video EMDR tools in accordance with best practices. EMDR is an evidence-based treatment that involves processing distressing memories. This process may temporarily increase emotional discomfort or physical sensations. Sessions are conducted via secure telehealth; however, there are inherent privacy risks with any internet-based service. This program is private pay and not billed to insurance. EMDR is not crisis treatment, and clients must have access to local emergency support.
Cash Pay Only $150-200.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Good Faith Estimate Notice is to comply with the No Surprises Act for uninsured and private pay patients.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
